The Anti-Defamation League Mountain States Region (ADL), along with several other Jewish community organizations, released a statement last week condemning remarks by University of Denver Professor Nader Hashemi, the Director of the Josef Korbel School of International Studies’ Center for Middle East Studies, who recently made the fanciful, speculative and dangerous statement that an operative from Mossad, the national intelligence agency from Israel, may have lured the perpetrator in the stabbing of Salman Rushdie to harm him.
